

Since the beginning, the olive tree and its fruits have been present in the history, both for the sacred rituals and for the everyday life. Olive oil was in fact used not only to flavour food, but also in massages and cosmetics.
The enormous variety of flavors makes it a food that is possible to applicate in every kitchen. It is a fundamental part of the famous Mediterranean diet, which many experts regard as beneficial to public health. Especially in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases through the olive oil helps lowering the "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and a simultaneous increase in the "good" (HDL).
Our extra virgin olive oil is the result of crushed olives, which come from our own production. Their processing takes place on the day of harvest to ensure the natural quality not to lose. The clever blend of several olive varieties (Leccino, Canino, Moraiolo) give this oil the special taste and unique flavor, which makes it particularly suitable for the raw-tasting, on salad for example.
