Our jams come from trees cultivated on a landscape particularly suited to the fruit-farming, placed by the sea on a gentle hill exposed to the sea breeze.
Mild climate and long hours of exposition to sun rays grant to the fruit an aroma and taste which are absolutely superb, and we can find them every time we open a jar of jam.

The secret is in the ingredients (fruit and sugar) and in the simple preparation which combines them in a big boiler, waiting for the right time and mixing carefully, just as our grandparents did following the farmers' tradition.
