The courses, with a duration from 1 day to 1 week, include:
- preparation of starters and how to serve them
- preparation of hand-made pasta (fettuccine, gnocchi e ravioli) and of the sauces
- preparation of the roasts with various kinds of meat (duck, pork, veal, turkey, rabbit)
- preparation of some desserts and typical biscuits
The courses will be all the year.
