Although we use the most modern and up-to-date technologies, our farming criteria have remained linked to the old traditions. We love to respect the timing of nature, and so we only use open-sky farming, we use esclusively organic manures without weed-killers or chemicals of any kind. Fruit and vegetables as well are picked by hand to avoid shocks to the plants or any damage to fruits; surely this means a bigger amount of work, but we do it gladly, because living with the land is our job, and without it our life wouldn't be life.
